Returns Policy

First of all, thank you for purchasing from our shop! We offer returns on most of our items. If your item hasn't arrived within 10 working days, we are happy to send another at no extra cost to you. Alternatively you can have a full refund. If your item has arrived damaged, we will ask you to provide photos so we can file a claim with the delivery company. Once we've received the photos, we will then be happy to send another at no extra cost to you. Alternatively you can have a full refund. If you change your mind about an item you've ordered, in most cases we offer a partial refund minus the postage cost, as long you return the item to us in its original condition at your own expense. Any cases where this differs are listed below.

If you change your mind about a card you've ordered, the returns policy depends on whether the card was sent blank to you, or direct to your recipient with the message inside. If the card was sent blank to you, it will have arrived in a cellophane wrap. As long as the card is still in this original packaging, you can return it (at your expense) for a partial refund, which will be the amount you paid minus the postage cost. If the card is sent direct to your recipient with a message printed inside, we don't offer refunds as this is a customised product.
